Please read my T&C’s carefully before purchasing, by purchasing with Sweet Pizzas you’re agreeing to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website. These terms and conditions abide by The Consumer Contract Regulations. You’re welcome to print or store these terms for your own records.
Sweet Pizzas own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited. You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else. While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Sweet Pizzas website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.
Wherever the term “Working Days or Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas. Any holiday times will be clearly displayed on the websites homepage. When you place an order with Sweet Pizzas you will be emailed an order confirmation detailing your order, this is giving you ample opportunity to correct any possible errors (such as incorrect size, base or topping). Should you have any complaints, please send them to the contact information detailed at the bottom of this document. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights.
Our kitchen does prepare products that contain nuts, and despite any nut free orders being prepared in a nut-free environment, Sweet Pizzas cannot guarantee the product may not be affected.
It is advised that those with severe allergies proceed with caution, and Sweet Pizzas assumes no responsibility for reactions as a disclaimer has been outlined above.
Prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting. Any glitches, errors or typos are not required to be honoured. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date.
Payment is strictly by Paypal. We no longer accept cash on collection or delivery. You can pay with your PayPal account, or by card through that system. To pay by card, you don’t need to have an account with PayPal to purchase. All product prices are shown in UK pounds sterling.
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Sweet Pizzas. Sweet Pizzas must receive/agree payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
We offer delivery within a 5-mile radius of LS27 in Leeds. Delivery is £3.99 and free for orders over £30. Please choose collection at checkout if you are further than 5 miles from LS27 0JZ.
Collection and Delivery times
All sweet pizzas must be collected on the day specified at the time of your order unless another date has since been discussed. We ask that customers give Sweet Pizzas 24 hours notice. It is not possible to book an earlier collection at the checkout stage. Collections are from our kitchen in Morley. Sweet Pizzas will endeavour to meet your collection or delivery time to the nearest quarter of an hour. Should your collection time and date not be possible we will say in good time and a full refund will be given if payment has been received via Paypal.
Returns & Cancellations
We ensure all our pizzas that are created for our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund.
Under The Consumer Contract Regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 working days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional. You can return an item for any reason such as faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, you’ve changed your mind and more.
If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing using the contact details below (email is fine). We will then process your return.
Returning Custom Items:
Custom made items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations – the only exception being is if they’re faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or any other fault of Sweet Pizzas in this case, please refer to the returns section of this document.
